Tasks included in full outdoor green façade maintenance
All listed tasks are included in the agreed contract price, including the replacement of plants. In cases of damage caused by external factors or deliberate destruction, additional charges will apply.
When taking over existing green façades, a quality assessment is carried out beforehand. Plants that do not meet the required quality standards will be replaced in consultation and invoiced separately. The service includes the following tasks:

** Products for biological pest control are not included in the maintenance or lease price. If applicable, a separate quotation will be provided in advance.
